PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 14 October 2026

We use personal information to run this website and answer your messages. Optional visitor analytics runs only with your permission. We do not sell your data.

1. Who is responsible?

JULZ MERCH is operated by YunikaOne UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Gangstr. 27, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, represented by Managing Director Juliet Egbule.

Privacy questions: privacy@yunikaone.com
General enquiries: julz-merch@yunikaone.com

2. Visiting this website

Our host is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Its servers may record your IP address, request time, requested pages, browser details, referring page and technical errors.

This helps deliver the website, fix problems and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website. Logs are kept only while needed for these purposes, or longer where an incident or legal obligation requires it.

3. Contacting us

If you email or call us, we use your contact details and the information you share to answer your enquiry. Website and email providers may process this information for us. We may disclose it to professional advisers or authorities where needed for legal obligations or claims.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in answering other messages. Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). We delete enquiries when resolved and no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or for legal claims.

If you use the contact form, it processes your name, email, subject and message. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry. A necessary session cookie holds a security token and submission timestamps to prevent forged requests and repeated submissions; it expires when your browser session ends. Server-side session records are removed according to the host’s session cleanup settings. This supports secure form handling under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and necessary storage under § 25(2) TDDDG. You can email us instead.

4. Shopping and external links

Shopping links take you to our USA or European Spreadshop store. This website has no checkout and does not collect payment information. Spreadshop handles information you provide on its website under its own privacy policy.

Facebook, TikTok and Instagram links also open external websites. Their providers process data under their own policies, which may include processing outside the EEA. These services are not embedded here.

5. Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand page visits, scrolling and clicks to our shops. It processes cookie identifiers, device and browser details, visited pages, interactions and approximate location. Your IP address is used during transmission; GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

Google’s tag stays blocked until you accept. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Refusing has no effect on shopping or browsing. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days, subject to browser limits. We remember your privacy choice in your browser for up to 180 days. User and event data is retained according to our Analytics retention setting; aggregated reports may remain longer. You can request details through our privacy email.

Google may process information outside the EEA, including in the USA. Google describes its transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, in its transfer information. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.

Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not affect earlier lawful processing. Images and hero videos remain hosted locally. We do not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR conditions apply, you can request access, correction, deletion, restricted processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact privacy@yunikaone.com to exercise your rights. You can also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden, Germany: datenschutz.hessen.de.
